In her second career as a professional artist, Regina trained for three years in the classical tonal method of oil painting and continued to expand her knowledge and technique through experimentation and by attending a number of workshops and classes in different mediums. Regina predominately works in oils and soft pastels and in past years has specialized in painting the human form and water subjects where she places great emphasis on the mood, light and composition of a subject.

Regina exhibits work at her galleries in Sorrento, Mt Martha and Frankston in Victoria. She also regularly enters national competitions, conducts overseas painting tours, frequent workshops and tutors Australia wide. She is has also curated exhibitions for the charity, Very Special Kids and the Friends Gallery.
